What file format will you be using for the audio files?

We're still researching that. We'd like to use a common compressed audio format like MP3, but without the licensing encumbrances that MP3 has.

Do you need volunteers? How do I go about volunteering?

Yes! We definitely need volunteers to record readings of public domain works so we can put them on the site. If you want to volunteer, please send an email to our reading coordinator, Larry Reeder, at larryr@freevoice.org.
